The work of the Friends is funded primarily via donations, gifts and memorials made to the Friends. Virtually all such funds received go toward fulfilling our stated purposes of advancing, promoting and safeguarding the interest of the garden. Our work has two components: Education and material projects. |
|
Some of our educational endeavors have involved funding for the Garden Guidebook, for resource material and the donation of books to the Garden Library. New this year is the Student Transportation Grant Program. A Special thanks to all those of you that have donated. A list of donors is published in each issue of The Fringed Gentian™. | Memorials are a loving way to remember someone. Families who have lost a loved one frequently request that memorials be made to the Friends, particularly if the loved one appreciated the beauty and serenity of the Garden. In addition, a memorial can simply be a means of honoring someone or some group. |
Memorials may be paid by check submitted via the mail or by online credit card processing.
